This week we bring you another tip, this time a delicious one; a smoothie! You should definitely try this smoothie if you don’t want something heavy for breakfast but you still want to be filled with energy.
Keep in mind that this smoothie isn’t necessarily for breakfast, you can make this right after a workout, when your going to work, an after school snack, or simply make this when you’re hungry. Now these are the ingredients that you will need:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries.
- 1/2 of banana.
- 1 cup coconut milk or any milk of your choice.
- 1 teaspoon honey, agave syrup or sugar.
Step 1: Pour in the fruits in your blender.
Step 2: Add the milk & Honey.
Step 3: Pour all of the remaining ingredients in your blender, if you have anything else you would like to add.
Final Step: Grab Your Favorite cup, Pour and you’re set to go!
